Located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs offers a luxurious gaming experience for visitors. With a diverse array of gaming establishments, ranging from opulent venues to more intimate spots, there is something for everyone. We hesitate to recommend this place and may not choose to stay here for our conference next year. While the facility itself is impressive, we were disappointed by the level of customer service and empathy displayed during our stay.
